The Mission of the FOFJC
Friends of Fairfax Juvenile Court Inc. is an organization dedicated to the following principles:

Educating and gathering support from the Northern Virginia community for programs and services directed toward the well-being of youth and families involved with the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court

Providing a broad-based community voice regarding issues of concern to the Friends of Fairfax Juvenile Court

Raising and expending funds to facilitate the aforementioned purposes of the Friends of Fairfax Juvenile Court.
Our History
Our organization was created in 1993 by concerned members of the Fairfax County community that saw the need to provide an additional funding source outside of government agencies to provide aid and services that would promote the success of children and families involved in the Fairfax Juvenile Court system. Friends of Fairfax Juvenile Court is also committed to educating the public and those involved in the administration of Fairfax Juvenile justice system on issues related to the improvement of juvenile criminal justice system.
